5 years ago I was at my goal weight. I stopped paying attention to my diet and fitness and slowly gained a little over 40 pounds. I decides to go on a weight loss journey 6 weeks ago. The first 4 weeks I couldn't seem to drop any pounds and realized it was my diet. Then I found fat secret. In less than two weeks I've lost 6 pounds! this is the best secret I've ever found. I'm so stoked I found this!
