I did not weigh today. I have focused on being as active as possible since I have not been sleeping. i was awake at 2 a.m. after being awake until 11. i just could not drag myself out of bed to the treadmill. I do take care of the dog and the chickens in the mornings. I'm counting on sleeping tonight.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
