I couldn't eat or drink much today because I had something with gluten in it yesterday and I'm still recovering.

okay... got really disgusted with not losing weight. Dr and dietician said not eating enough. jobs fixed meals and loves potatoes. I'm working on teaching him what I know and trying to remind him what/ how we ate " once upon a time" when I cooked
no energy to get on the treadmill but I make sure I'm walking thr9ughout the day. hubs got me a pedometer to count my steps. makes me less productive and makes it harder to meet deadlines at both jobs but at least I'm getting steps in. haven't journaled my food in a long time. today is my birthday. goal is. to start back.
