December was ROUGH. There was a lot of Eating of the Feelings and Eff It, It's the Holidays. My kids were remote for most of the month. Ma had an epic "adventure" at the ER (nothing serious, as it turns out but My. God that sucked).

Today, the kids are back in-person. I'm back to my grind, Hubs is back to his. We're in the early stages of a FET cycle. And it's snowing.

Let's Do This Thing!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
