Jadi udah 1 bulan off diet. sejak november sakit pilek dan desember keburu christmas. Banyak acara makan-makan sama keluarga dan teman. dari 1 bulan, berat ku naik 2kg . Well di syukuri aja. Sekarang waktunya back on track:) semangat!
