Today I start. I unintentionally fasted for 21 hours leading up to today. I just wasn’t hungry, and I realized I was too distracted earlier. I made marinated chicken thighs. I ate a couple on tortillas with cream cheese, and a small bowl of cereal with almond milk.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
