Still figuring Out where to put my scale on the four bc in one spot it say 219... in another it says 208.
I definitely didn’t drop 12lbs sooooo

Biotin gives me nightmares. Whoops.
I just started tracking less than a week ago. It’s a good deterrent to not snack as much bc I’m too lazy to enter it. And I don’t want to lie and NOT track bc I’m only cheating myself then.
I will weigh myself every Saturday. I don’t like the idea of a daily weigh in.

Today I focused on my food,
Cheesy scrambled egg burritos for breakfast.
Enjoying cinnamon sugar apple donuts at the cider mill.
Regretting the bread I had with dads beef stew due to heartburn less than 2 hours later. It was delicious but not worth it.
Didn’t drink nearly enough water today. I am dehydrated and my body is trying to act like I’m hungry even though I ate 2 hours ago.

Today I start. I unintentionally fasted for 21 hours leading up to today. I just wasn’t hungry, and I realized I was too distracted earlier. I made marinated chicken thighs. I ate a couple on tortillas with cream cheese, and a small bowl of cereal with almond milk.
