I am just so happy the scale is moving again. I have also lost inches when the scale wasn't moving. I just think my body goes into shock when I start yet again another diet. LOL And then it holds on to the fat for dear life because my body thinks I am starving. Every time. Sad to think how many times I have had to "start over". LOL
236.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've started over about 10,000 times, only because I'm a lot older than you, It's not always the scale, use tape measure. My scale's name is LIL LIAR !!

Thank you DO N OK. Yes, I take measurements and pictures because I know the scale is just a number and it doesn't tell the whole story. I hope your journey is going well. semisweetme, i love your username. Stick with it, it will move!!

Daily weighing helps keep me on track with my eating, but it's discouraging when there's occasional upward movement. Which there invariably is.
