Survived Induction Day 1: Got a bad headache from the beginning of sugar withdrawal. Slept really good. Totally enjoyed my tuna salads. Was a bit rough trying to get 96oz of h20 down. No exercise yet...taking it easy the first week. On my way to store for Keto-Stix, organic free range eggs, ovco, baby greens, fish, broth. With God's help...today will go as good as yesterday.
