1421 kcal Fat: 44.88g | Prot: 58.72g | Carb: 210.03g.   Breakfast: Indonesian Cassava Leaves, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten),  Lemon,  Banana, Captain Oats Rolled Oats. Lunch: Indonesian Sambal Goreng, Baked or Broiled Fish, Coconut Milk or Cream (Liquid with Water),  Regular Tofu (with Calcium Sulfate) , Egg, White Rice. Dinner: Indonesian Ambarella Fruit, Guava. Snacks/Other:  Candil ubi,  Date, Nutrijell Rasa Cincau (3,75g), Banana, Apple,  Cooked Cassava (Yuca Blanca, Fat Not Added in Cooking),  Brownies Singkongg❣,  Corn, Indofood Biskuit Sun Marie Kecil, Skippy Chunky Peanut Spread, Energen Jahe. more...
