Finally back down to my 16 year old weight, and well into the healthy range (intermittent fasting today though, so this is with an empty stomach until later.) Still quite the milestone, and I'm willing to go a little further to lower bodyfat percentage and tone up. Still a little flabby, but much healthier at the gym than ever!
