I was kind of picking last night. Feeling bingey but I didn't eat anything off plan. Just picked here and there - cheese and pork rinds - both of which are high in calories. I need to stop picking and sit and eat real food. -- I like to bake which is counter-productive to my lifestyle. But I am able to bake without really feeling deprived or the need to eat what I baked. I have been purchasing vintage cookie cookbooks from ebay. I enjoy looking at the pictures and recipes in books from the 40s and 50s. It makes me feel nostalgic and think of days gone by! -- Have a great day everyone and NEVER give up. I really need to work for these last 6 pounds!
