Frustrated. 0.2 oz in a week with increased activity X 1 week except yesterday- worked 16 hr day - decrease in activity but low cal day Carbs generally around 10/20 max except 1 day which I believe was 56/57 carbs but cal low that day.- (beef chili w/cheese) (cal avg x1wk 1047) Banging head against wall - why ? Not asking for miracles but hoping at least 1 lb a week - need miracle !!!
