so I'm back. it's been a difficult few months. gained some weight. had some health problems. having issues with my legs. having bouts of depression due to hormones being imbalanced. New years resolution is to commit to my diet and lose at least 100lbs. I can due this. I'm back at the gym. I'm on meds that should help, and I bought the compression socks.
254.3 lb Lost so far: 92.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
