I am slowly creeping closer to my goal and I feel really great. I am wearing clothes from 2-3 Summers back and I actually feel good in them. I had set a mini goal of being back in the 170’s by the end of July. I think I am going to change that to July 13. I started this weight loss journey on the day my Dad passed away this May and I think it would be a great way to celebrate his Birthday by doing something that makes me feel proud of myself. This week I have gone outside of my “box” and tried some new meals with great success. I discovered chicken bacon which is delicious and super low in calories and I have created some yummy desserts that are 100 cal or less.
