Woooooohoooooo! Finally out of the 150s!!!!! Man , I haven’t seen the 140s since I was in my mid 30s! I’m in my mid 40s now. Crap, has that been 10 years? Yes it has been! Have a wonderful day everyone!❤️❤️❤️

149.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb. Still to go: 4.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
