had stomach issues yesterday, probably because I had that double scoop of Baskin Robbins then came home and ate rest of cinnamon toast crunch, the kids left over frozen pizza and a piece of avocado toast. I have to get my diet back on track!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
