i know this is the only way. i can see that it has already made a difference. my only job now is to keep it up. choosing not to eat when i begin to look around for food. thinking carefully about what i choose. remembering that i will be healthier and maybe live linger if i eat less than i need all the time. i wish it would get a bit warmer so that salads and veg were more attractive. sigh...
