Yep there a multitude of internet workouts out there using resistance bands, body weight and/or a light set of dumbbells. I hear some talk about the TRX system being quite versatile. I’ve heard it said here “we all have 6 pack abs, we just need to let our BMI go low enough to see them!” Good Shedding! 😇
