Feeling down! I lost 6 pounds as soon as I started this journey and now I’m up one pound! Going to try and focus on exercise and getting more steps in during the day while telecommuting. Hope that goal helps.

I try to figure out what I did to lose the weight when I lose it (slow going!) and copy some of the meals and exercise from those times. I am on slowdown but I found that keeping track of my average intake over the week really helps, and I try to get down 100 or 200 calories a day average if I am really pushing.
