I had a wedding shower to go to yesterday and although I didn't do that badly at the shower, I binged a bit afterwards, on like grapes and pepperoni. Didn't count portion or anything just ate what I wanted, and boy did it show on the scale this morning. That's okay though, I'm back on track today.


159.8 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
