I feel so gross, bloated and tired. built more menus in the last two days than I can count, so no exercise or movement, not enough water and lived on carbs. no sweets but tons of cinnamon toast crunch, apple and cream cheese, burger and fries, so gross!!! also no fasting, popcorn, lots of raisens
154.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, Do yourself a favor today. put all that stuff that make you feel gross away and bring in more foods that makes you feel awesome! Go on You-tube and find some fun dancing type excercises, like Zumba to help you feel good! .... You are what you eat.. Move around!! and treat yourself well. You deserve to be happy!
