I feel like my scale is lying to me. It's being too kind after so many weeks of plateau.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

984 kcal Fat: 31.94g | Prot: 52.58g | Carb: 127.67g.   Breakfast: In The Raw Monk Fruit in The Raw,  2% Fat Milk,  Cinnamon,  Pear, Trader Joe's Rolled Oats - Gluten Free, Jell-O Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin, Kraft Cool Whip Free. Lunch: Kroger Low Fat Cottage Cheese,  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lawry's Garlic Spread. Dinner:  Ham (Whole, Cured) . Snacks/Other: Popsicle Jolly Rancher, Popsicle Sugar Free Popsicles, World's Finest Chocolate Malted Milk Balls. more...
