Up eight-tenths. Well, I am wearing a sweater. It's actually chilly today.
Work has been so all-consuming that my eating habits are in disarray. Too much takeout. I am trying not to eat too much, but I'm not happy with my menu. Mr Coco is extra busy too, so we're being lazy about cooking. This is not a good trend.
We were tired, but decided to stay in and cook tonight. We had a veggie potluck: eggplant with tomato sauce and cheese, squash sauteed with onion, and fresh jalapeno peppers coated in brown rice flour and flash fried in peanut oil. I always thought they were super hot, but really, they're mild enough to eat whole. Love those things.
I'm feeling better since I took a nap this afternoon. I really needed to recharge. Will prepare better meals tomorrow.
