I have lots of family down visiting and we’re southern and I usually do a big southern style breakfast when we have family visiting. So, I cooked biscuits, ham, bacon, hashbrowns, red eye gravy, grits and scrambled eggs(opps). Out of all, I only ate a biscuit and some of my light yogurt for protein. I am very proud of myself. We can do this if only by a few good choices at a time.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

scrammble eyes. is halloween here yet? XD You did really good today sister. I'd have found it hard to forgo the bacon and grits myself. XD
