feel extremely bloated maybe the new zero bread? stomach cramps hoping goes back down and just a temp fluctuation
156.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am not gluten sensitive but if I have not eaten gluten for months and then suddenly have some my stomach is unhappy. I you need the right enzymes to deal with it and they will build up over timen
