I am 11 days into my journey. Taking that whole new year new me personally. Hubby and I not only go to the gym 3x a week, but we also have an exercise bike right here in our faces.. so I ride it on those other non gym days.. always there to remind me to keep busy. Big change with my challenge, is my husband is following his weight as well, keeping track of his calories. We might not be on the same plan, but we are still in the same boat together, and its huge for me! I have a gym buddy.. and a person to keep me accountable, and I him. I know my last numbers look bad,.. its even my latest number is not where I was.. I Can Do This
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
