I may be having a problem with wine. I got up feeling a little bad this morning after only 1 small glass of red last night. Probably should go see the doc to check my liver.
It's funny how men respond to each other when it comes to weight loss. Where ladies might say to each other -- wow, you look wonderful, have you lost some weight? -- guys say, have you been sick? That's what Mr Coco's buddy asked him the other day. So sensitive. lol

I have heard of people getting sensitivity to wine, and it is often associated with the liver. Greens (mustard, collard, turnip) are a good cleanser for the liver, but don't use the pork fat with them. Sauté/steam them with olive oil, garlic and a little basil. Squeeze a little lemon over them and serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. That's how they cook them in the Venetian region, and they're real good.
