M, yes, on track, just not in weight loss mode. Need to stay on my 172 goal, figure out the maintenance thingy. My body has caught up with my exercise habits, conserving fuel, wanting to gain weight. So, I must now pay attention to food intake. When I was riding 50+ mile rides, anything goes, doesn't matter what I ate. Metabolism has caught up.

Insert Bella's reminder.. you have xxxx calories to spend today, spend them wisely. I have the exercise discipline down, now need to adjust calorie spending limits. I have been spending carelessly, since xMas.
