so freaking happy, weight is so weird how it goes up then suddenly drops a lot! fasting, tracking everything I eat, working out HARD, just gotta stay the course
163.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
