Good morning!🌻🌞🦋
I’m reflecting this morning on what I’ve accomplished so far toward my “living healthier” goals and what my goals for today are. I’ve been getting in my water goal, 64 oz a day. I will continue that. My goal for this week is no wine. I enjoy a glass of wine or two with dinner. The evenings I refrain from it I always, I always see better weight loss results. So this week I will omit it completely. I did really well this weekend on increasing my protein. I want to continue to keep my carb count significantly lower than my protein count. And continue to make green veggies the main portion on my plate. Also, I need to move my body more. My goal is to get back to my work out routine this week. Also to continue logging in my food journal and stay accountable. I know weighing every day is not optimal for various reasons, however, for me it helps keep me in check right now- weighing and logging it for public viewing. For me, that’s extremes accountability!

Yes, wonderful plan friend 😊💪 I love logging and paying attention to the pie chart. I love my red 🍷. Tonight we’re having my hubby’s no filler crab cakes and veggies 😋. ☺️☺️💪💪☀️☀️💜💚🦋

Your action goals make sense. If you know wine is slowing down your progress and you don’t need it, it great to cut out excess calories... especially from drinks. Stay strong 💪🏻 ❣️
