156.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe cut down some carbs ot get it a bit lower

I can't go lower then I am now. I think i know what's stalling me. Will cut back on it and see if swoosh fairy comes through. 😁🤞🏻

Well... hopefully it works. I ate under 20 net carbs when I lost my weight

Stalling happens, even with very low carbs. Women on keto still need to track total calories to lose weight.
