No weight change after yesterday. That's good. My blood tested at .8 for ketones this morning. So I guess I'm not going out of ketosis. I'm 17 and a half hours into my (minimum) 24 hour fast. I am sore today. I bough a new pair of sneakers and tried them last night. Ouch, not great for walking long times. I'll try a new pair of insoles in them. I have some blisters and I don't usually get them anymore. I have a different model (that's it right?) shoe from Hoka One One and really like that one but this one felt fine before but after use. :( This should a pretty boring day. I get to go home tonight and football tomorrow. Go Bulls!
