I just knew that my WI this morning would be up ~ 2 lb to be exact! The first time I ever weighed in at a WW meeting, I wore light clothing and didn't eat or drink anything before I went. Since I knew I would be a bit up this WI I took this opportunity to eat a healthy breakfast, drink some water and I wore my heavier jeans and shirt in anticipation of fall/winter weigh-ins.
So, having said that, I'm OK with the scale number and will work hard towards next week's WI. :)
