All desk work and no exercise yesterday, plus snacking. We took mom to Lowe's to shop for new front and back doors. Made her use the wheelchair despite her protests. It was a good thing because we had to go from one end of the store to the other and her knees would've given out. The heat has been unbearable. From my upstairs office I can see these poor guys reroofing the house behind us in the blazing sun. They can carry what has to be 50-lb packs of shingles on that slope without falling down. I don't know how they do it.
