Had a really bad night last night. Binged about 3,000 calories worth in one sitting. I’m beginning to realize that I have a pattern. My binges Usually happen on the weekend. I do really well all week long then I screw up either on Saturday or Sunday. The trigger last night was the bourbon. It took my inhibitions away and I just tore into the fridge. It’s weird that my thing to do when I drink alcohol is to eat a lot. It goes to show that alcohol is probably my gateway drug to my real addiction of eating. 😢
