I am happy that I gained some pounds🙂 my ideal weight is 155. I actually dropped down to 147...to small for my height. I'm OK with staying between the 150-155 range. Been super busy-kids back to school, dealing w/Aunty Judy's death.. etc. now I'm ready to get back to me and what makes me happy=gym time! I haven't been to the gym as much this past month in a half, but I still have been working out/walking outside while enjoying the weather. Today I'll start counting calories again to maintain 🙂
