When my body finds a set point, it sticks to it. Feeling pretty good most of the time now. Not having much knee pain. I want the way we eat now to be the new norm.
Went to the gym yesterday and managed 30 minutes on the elliptical. I always start out thinking I'll stop at 15 or 20 but I push myself to go a little more.
Went to see Peanut Butter Falcon with my nieces yesterday. It was a sweet little movie without being sappy.
