Naked fasting weight with crummy scale at home.Trying to cut down on cardio on days that I do weight lifting. Doing both is leaving me completely drained and it changes my personality. I’m very irritable and unmotivated to do anything but lounge around and watch tv and be hungry all day.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
