Came back from a long vacation. Went to Greece, Athens, and all the surrounding islands, Crete, Santorini, Rhodes, Mykonos, Patmos. Had an amazing time...ate and drank way too much, so I need to her back to my diet and undo all the weight I gained back. I don’t regret one minute of it, but I really need to get back on track.....so here goes...day one!
