I can’t control my overeating. I do for a couple of days, make some progress, then I will binge. I think that it has to do with me being at home so much and being bored. I’m in a place in life that feels very similar to what it felt like when I was alone in Denver. So weird that I would let myself regress to such a point. I’m trying to reconnect to church now, but everywhere I go it’s just white washed sermons so that white people will feel good about their extreme wealth and lack of true Christianity.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
