Saw The Farewell with my nieces. I allowed myself to indulge in popcorn with butter flavored soybean oil. Not healthy, but better for me than candy. I've done very well staying away from M&Ms. That's my big weakness. Once I start, the portions grow until I'm eating entire large bags.
