Been a rough week. I had hit a low of 279. And then the scale stopped and started back the other way. I am thankful it was only a few pounds. My legs were terrible achey and spasms from an over workout, which I was not use too. I also downed a bag of m&m's 2 to 3 lb bag size in a few short days. Which caused constipation. Water intact is also sometimes an issue. This ole body ain't as young as it use to be and could do all that excersing workouts but the saying goes no pain no gain. But I am thankful that I am back on the right track. Learned a few lessons and hopefully no repeats. My legs are doing better and plan on some workouts but a bit milder ones for now. Here's to a new week and hope it a great one for all of us. FOREVER THANKFUL.

Debra, easing into the exercise is absolutely necessary when weight and deconditioning are issues. But "bravo!" for moving in the right direction!

Debra I've had success with water areobics. Don't know if you have access to a pool, but low impact workout is great on the joints.

sallkr3 Yes my Dr. did recommend swimming as a good exercise. We do not have an outdoor pool here but do have an indoor pool up at the college. I think its around $3.00 per visit and around 20 or 25 a month. Might check into it. There is an outdoor pool about 20 minutes from here and by the internet that sounds free to the community. I will try one of them out.
