I think my pasta fix last night put .2 of a pound on but loving pasta I did it again tonight. Made a Ramen bowl that was absolutely delicious and had a few more calories that I should have had but I don't feel that 510 calories are too much for the main meal.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lots of prep work but cook time very quick.

Looks really worth it. I do not know if you would like it but sometimes I use tofu Shiritake noodles - my husbands says he really likes them. They take a bit of manipulation to get good but virtually no calories

liv 001 thanks for the information on the tofu shiritake noodles. Unfortunately I live in a rural area with only on market and believe me even though they are a chain they don't carry anything like that. I have to work on reducing my regular recipes to suit a diet. I have a recipe to make noodles made with soy flour but of course can't find that anywhere around here. Fat Secret has been a great help by being able to put my recipes in with changes that are still good yet reduce the fat and calories so this is the first time I have effectively been able to lose weight. I am not that much over weight but I don't want it to get out of control and when you are less than 5' it can easily.
