Went on Vacation for over a week. Ended up going off my diet thou I did try to choose better. I gained several pounds. After 3 days at home I tried each day to do better. I only need to lose 1 pound to be back at my pre vacation weight.

Seems harder to restart back on Keto but I feel better eating that way.
298.5 lb Lost so far: 53.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
