Here we go again, staying with friends, happy hour every day - and I drank water for five days instead of wine, no nibbles - I added just enough carbs to be sociable (fish and chips one night, a couple of sandwiches, a scone with jam) and my weight skyrockets again. It took me six weeks to remove 2kg and just one week to put it all back again. Seriously, this is disheartening. :-( Do I have to lock myself away and live on grass? Hmmm, maybe grass-fed meat.
