I’m doing good on keeping calves below 1500 and eating things like chicken breasts, salad and fruit. Cutting out wheat and dairy makes me feel a lot better. Seems like those two things cause a lot of pain and also bloating.

I’ve been to the gym twice this week and working out at home using an app called BetterMe. I feel good and strong. Just focusing on my health and paying attention to what I’m eating and drinking has had a positive impact.

Trying to turn this into a lifestyle, not just a phase. If I exercise first thing in the morning, that helps!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
