Starting August 1st I am getting back on track. I haven't done too bad considering I have taken about 6 weeks off and didn't keep track of food or do a regular amount of exercise. :) I want to lose 7-8 lbs (hit my goal weight and be slightly under it) and maintain that for 1 month. I hope to get to this goal by mid september.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.4 lb a week
