This week I was feeling the need to do a little more preparation prior to cleansing. Call it insight, intuition, a hunch... whatever. I chose to do a total shake day Tuesday. I started out the day by taking a multivitamin, IsaSupreme, and Isaflush to aid in ellimination. I drank four isalean shakes spaced throughout the day and a few Snacks! in between. I felt great all day and it turned out to be a perfect preparation for my Wednesday cleanse.

Yesterdays cleanse went brilliantly. Life presented a number of challenges to me yesterday and the fact that my body was in cleansing mode turned out to be a blessing more than a challenge. There are certainly times when cleansing causes burried negative emotions to come forth and be released. For me, this happens rarely. Most often I feel a sense of spiritual and emotional balance and empowerment. This was definitely the case yesterday and it has helped to navigate discouraging circumstances and news that I received.

So it's Thursday morning and I just weighed in. I've lost 33 lbs! And what a difference those 33 make! The shirts I normally wear feel HUGE on me! I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to wear them without looking goofy. When getting ready for work, I tried on a few things i've been holding on to but haven't been able to fit into in a couple years... and Yes! They fit... with room to spare. I'm pretty flabbergasted at how easy this has been and because of that it seems totally sustainable.

Reflections on my body: I feel really good, and I feel good in my body. My shoulders, arems, legs, and back have slimmed down the most. The abdomen is going to be the last go. In the next few weeks I want to start focusing on doing some weight training and begin to build some muscle and definition in my upper body. It's so funny to look at my body because my my arms and shoulders and chest aren't muscular at all, but my legs are like the incredible hulk. My goal isn't to be a body builder, but I would like to feel more strength in my upper body and to look like my upper body fits my lower body.
I'm incredibly thankfull for this magnificent machine I live in, and I feel like I'm just beginning to understand and enjoy it. I can't wait to see/feel/experience what is to come.
342.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
