Getting out of the comfort zone is not easy, wake up early to go to the gym, go to work, take a cold shower, take care of the husband's the house, your dog's . Change way you eating , all this requires time and a little courage . every day is challenge and let's go the fight continues every day , Respect you and love yourself! I lost 3 more pounds this week was worth every effort.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
